FNIC, which celebrated its 23th anniversary in 2015, writes homeowners, condominium unit owners and tenants insurance in the state of Florida. FNIC markets this line of business through hundreds of quality agents throughout the state to homeowners in search of property and liability coverage for their home or condominium. FNIC is also authorized to underwrite flood, personal and commercial automobile, and commercial general liability insurance in Florida as an admitted carrier. In addition, FNIC is authorized to underwrite commercial general liability insurance in Missouri, Nevada, and South Carolina as a surplus lines carrier and in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas as an admitted carrier.
